Shipping Policy

DURING COVID-19, ALL OPERATIONS CONTINUE BUT DELIVERY TIME MAY BE LONGER THAN USUAL

We at Lakra believe in a making online shopping as seamless as possible. That is why all our shipping costs are included in the garment’s prices.   All our orders are Deliver Duty Paid (DDP) meaning that any customs duties are covered by us; In some rare cases where DDP shipments are not possible, should you be charged any unexpected fees, please reach out to us: lakra@lafrafashion.com

We use Fedex International priority for every shipment.
All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery (up to 7/10 business days- depending on recipients location). Parcels are not picked up or delivered on Saturdays and Sundays. Should we foresee a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


DAMAGES
Lakra is not liable for any damaged or lost shipments. On delivery you should carefully inspect the package and refuse it if it shows any signs of damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.

For fuss free delivery, please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely.

Please do not use PO Box delivery addresses as most local couriers cannot deliver to these locations.
