Shipping Policy

DURING COVID-19, ALL OPERATIONS CONTINUE BUT DELIVERY TIME MAY BE LONGER THAN USUAL

 

We at Lakra believe in a making online shopping as seamless as possible. That is why all our shipping costs are included in the garment’s prices. 

We use Fedex International priority for every shipment.
All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery (up to 7/10 business days- depending on recipients location). Parcels are not picked up or delivered on Saturdays and Sundays. Should we foresee a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES


Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

DAMAGES


Lakra is not liable for any damaged or lost shipments. On delivery you should carefully inspect the package and refuse it if it shows any signs of damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
